60s Federal or TRW. Need to see the back to know for sure. With the big return line it looks like some kind of truck unit.

Could have been a hydro assist combination power brake/steering pump?
They use big hoses like that.

The early return hose on power steering pumps were 5/8" I'm pretty sure the it was in 1967 that the return hose went to the small 3/8" size. I would say the pump in the picture at the beginning of the post is a pre 1967 one...
