I want to convert my power steering car to manual. I was wondering if the manual steering wheel shaft can installed in my power steering housing. That way I wouldn't have to use a adapter.

Generally your options are....................
Round up a manual steering column shaft
Buy one of the aftermarket extension adapters
Buy aftermarket U joint products-------sorry off the top I've forgotten "the best deal."
Turn down a junk coupler and weld to a second coupler to make an extension
