Thank You all!!! Went to see him today, he looks good. He ate a good meal. He knows it could happen anytime and he's ok with it. I'm sure the meds are helping him be in the happy state of peace he's in.
Son's Poppa is home now. Son got a phone call today he had to go to his grandparents house because his Poppa's dog (130 lb Rotti) couldn't walk. My son, a family friend and his grandma took him to the vet. Vet thinks he slipped a disc, they decided to give him 2 cortizone shots and keep him overnight. It dosen't look good for the dog. He has no control over his hind quarters. If the dog dosen't respond they said they will have to put him down. He's 10 yrs old. I swear his Poppa loves that dog as much as his wife. Son had a rough day, he's really attached to the dog also. He said his Poppa can't do anything without help. On the bright side he told me he had him laughing today.
