Does anyone know of or where i could find what markings and location Dodge used for A bodies in 1973?

I am not quite sure what you are asking. You build sheet and fender tag would tell you how the car came equipped from the factory.

If you are are asking about paint codes and assembly line "chalk" marks used at the factory, these are usually factory specific. Documenting your car at disassembly is the way to go.
Also research other car of the same make and model built at the same factory to get some of these codes. Friends car's, junkyards, etc.
Here is a few examples of assembly line codes for 72 Dusters built at the same factory. these are three or four different cars. These may or may not pass over to 73's. Only research will tell you...
