pulling out that pesky trim

Seems that its really tough to just pull off the offending trim. Does the dash pinch it???????

vinyl trim stuck into the bottom of the windshield gasket.....

looks like you have to pull the dash to get the strip out. crap. I may just cut it at the dash top, and call it a day........

Start at right most corner, not middle. It would be a job to do on a warm day when rubber is soft.

You talking about the inside pillar plastic covers? If so, you have to remove a lot of other trim first before you can take that out....start with the door will plates on the bottom, (possibly rear interior panel too) then remove all the trim as it goes up to the roof, then the piece inside above the window, then finally you can get the pillar cover off....skip these steps and you will damage or break parts.
