pulsating dash lights

I have rewired my 73 Dart Sport with a kit from Ron Francis. I have installed aftermarket gauges in the dash. My dash lights are pulsating now. What do I need to look for to fix this??

do they pulsate all the time or just at idle. Mine go up and down a little when I'm stopped at a light due to the camshaft duration and its effect on idle quality. If they do it all the time, I'd say its a charging system problem.
