Push Down Lock button alternative

1966 Dart sedan 270. Back 2 doors are missing the black plastic push down lock. The threaded piece is there. Has anyone found a source for replacing the missing black plastic stems? My fingers will thank you. And no, I do not want ones in the shape of a Dice.:wack:

The threads on the door lock knobs are the same for many years.
