QA1 upper control arms on 1963 Dart?

QA1 shows their upper and lower control arms will fit 64-72 A-bodies. What if anything is different about the '63?
 
Just make sure you get the right size ball joint for your spindle, QA1 has versions for both large and small ball joint.

For the QA1 LCA’s the sway bar tab isn’t in the right spot for any of the early factory sway bars, so you’d have to do something different for a sway bar tab if you have a factory front sway bar

Can you tell by the size of the head of the ball joint, or do you have to measure the stud diameter?

The body of the ball joint is larger for the large ball joints. It takes a 1 59/64th ball joint socket.
