Rear of glass is hitting roof and front is not reaching. Any ideas for adjustment?

There is a slotted screw with a nut around it to lock that is the upper stop.
What I learned the hard way.... If the door hinges are worn and the door is low, fix that first. When the position of my door glass changed I had to adjust the quarter glass to it a 2nd time.
