Question about a 318 in my garage

I have a 72 318 sitting in my garage. It’s mostly complete minus the accessories. It is locked up and will not turn over by hand. It has been sitting around a long time. 20 plus years. I have no idea what’s it out of. Is it worth doing anything with or should I just scrap the whole thing ?

Is that Toulon France?
IDK, might be worth a core, cuz whatever is tight is gonna be replaced anyway during a rebuild.
Here in Canada we throw them away cuz there are thousands of them available at any time.
But in France....... IDK.

Most likely the rings are stuck. You can put some light penetrating oil in the holes and come back in a few days, then try again.
