Need to change jets. How do the bowls separate from the fuel rail?

The Holleys built like that have "O" rings on the ends of those tubes, with a ridge on the tube to retain them. When reinstalling, make sure they are "supple" and perhaps add a small smear of just about any oil (engine oil) or light grease

I know nothing of QuickFuel. Isn't there a website with illustrations/ destructions etc?

I’ve Googled it and come up with everything but.

Same as the Holley. Remove the float bowl screws and pull the bowls off. They have rubber boot seals on the ends of the transfer tube.

Those new Quick fuel transfer tubes don't use an O ring. They have a "sleeve" and yes lube them.
