Guys,
I am in the process of dismantiling my 68 notch. I remember how to take out most stuff but forgot how to remove the top of the back seat. Anyone able to give me some quick instructions?

How about a recommendation for a good resource for this sort of thing (service manual, etc) and place to get?
Thanks!

I believe most rear seats are held in the same. Bottom push back and then pull up. Once the bottom is out, look under the back. There should be a tab from the body that goes through a loop in the seat frame and then bends over. Straighten the tab and that releases the bottom of the back. Lift straight up and the back should come free.

Yeah that was the ticket- thanks!

Bonus: Found the second broadcast sheet- woohoo! It's much more complete than the first.

Cover the hazzards. The hooks in the floor that held the seat bottom down will eat your knees. A empty tuna can with 2 small holes drilled in it for a wire tie to go through will work. Stick a piece of duct tape over those other sharps. Have fun.
