Are you looking for the frame portion of the cluster? If its the same as '68 Barracuda with rallye dash I have one. Would you like a picture?

In 1970, the key changed to the column, so any frame before 70 has an embossed recess for the key switch.

i have a 67 68 or 69 frame if you can use that

I would also like to point out that the key switch embossment is different between 67-68-69, all 3 years have their own key switch design. The heater control mounting is also different between 67 and 68-9, as well as the glovebox door latch and hinge.
