i have been trying to post pictures for the last week now, but whenever i choose the pics and hit the upload button the screen just goes white and never upload ?? i can load pictures on forbbodies all day long, but not here .... anybody have any help ????

Had the same problem...had to resize them. to 480 blah blah something.

Nice car....

i keep trying to post these damn pics, still getting nowhere .. and no error message either ....... i paid a little more than $11K for mine, but not much more ! Here is the only one i have that is small enough ..

I know the guy you bought your Dart from, he's in the Coast Guard and lives in Newport News, correct? If thats his car then you got a great deal, that's a $14K ride.

I figured it out It the nudy girl front license plate on the front of the car. Boy how did we all miss that.

Its Barret Jackson season. Thats why the Duster is over priced by 10K. hes hoping someone will watch BJ then hit ebay looking for a deal.

I was just wondering if any body on here has taken alook on e bay lately , to see what these 70 to 72 340 duster are pulling for money right now whether they are auto,s or 4 speeds , real good money .You could not start to build , and get it finished like this one for 20 to 25 grand , so why should he give his away when maybe three ads away there is a guy getting his money for a car that no better or worse .So i wouldn,t be quick to judge anybody,s car .The thing i like about it , looks like the way if came from the dealer store , he has all parts that has been taken off goes with it. And the best of all does not have :">?ing CRAGERS AND WIERD STRIPES.

Just because the auctions are ending at 20K for some of these cars doesnt mean the seller is getting paid for them. I think eBay has become pretty useless in the last few years. Ive been watching prices and see a lot of cars ending with either no bids or not hitting reserve

yes you can build one better than that for less than 22,000 bucks. it is overpriced, but if someone wants to pass over doing the hard work themselves then....there you go...

I agree with adamr somewhat, but i know of two local guys plus myself , that yes the auction had ended , and did not meet reserve .But i tell you the auction still goes on behind the scenes, through e mail and telephone calls, because i did it with my own car . And i know of two local guys that bought there cars that way . And for 73abodee are we talking a car that sat in a field for 25 years or a nice clean straight shell that comes with original power train and interior , it may be able to be done if you can do 98 percent of it yourself .And when you do get in done in 5 years time , then are you going to say it is high priced , oh i will think i will sell it now for 15 thousand.

Very nice! Looks like you got a good deal.

Good looking car. Nice color. Wrong color stripes to be NOM. My father has a 70 NOM 4 speed duster that he gave half the money for. Granted it is an F8 (dark green), black vinal, black bench seat, and black stripe car. Personaly id rather have the 4 speed than the plumb crazy paint. To each there own. Id say $14K dollar car if the engine is indeed #s matching. If it were a 4 gear it would go for more. JMO

You got it ! This was Stan's car ... And you hit the $$ right on. The car is awesome, I love it. I think its worth over 14K easily..... Are you involved with TMC at all ? -Erik

I used to be a member of TMC but most of their events are on the southside, too far to drive after I've been commuting up and down the penninsula all week. I usually go to TMC show/race at Dinwiddie. Great folks at TMC though, there are few TMC members on here.
