Does anyone make reinforced brackets to put in place where the rear leaf springs mount to frame? I know they make subframe connectors and torque boxes. Wondering if they made and reinforcement plates for that area?

My original mounts are fine I was just looking to see if there was something to add extra strength

I've never heard of it being a weak link. No, i have never heard of a reinforcement plate for that area.

You mean like these?

Reinforcement Plates & Studs

I used them on my cars. Not sure it makes a big difference but I figured it couldn’t hurt.

The plates are for the front spring mounting location. I've added about 3/4" spacers with longer Grade 8 bolts & all-steel lock nuts to the rear mount to adjust the angle of the rear hanger. Seems like it would cause more stress due to leverage but I never had an issue.

You can always weld any seams that weren't fully welded.
