I just recently picked up a 1974 duster, as I’m getting into this project I have found some rust holes in the rear leaf spring shackle mounts. I have attached some pictures. I am wondering if I should replace these? And if I should replace these do they sell these? And are they hard to install? The frame rail is fine on both sides. It is just the amount that has rusted

Have never done them, but it's definitely a weld on part. Looks like you remove the old box and clean the rust off the frame then slide this piece over it. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's probably about a 5 in the difficulty dept.

There's a company called Sherman that sells auto collision repair stuff and makes vehicle specific pieces to fit OVER compromised frame elements to restore integrity, you might try them...

I can tell you this. No matter how big you think the rusted area is, it's two or three times that size. Wait till you get to cutting on it. You'll see.
