So I have a '73 Scamp, and as you can see from the picture I dont have a mounting point for the rear seat belts, I didnt remove them so dont know where they need to be. Can anyone shed some light as to where the hole needs to be at?

If they are the same as a 74 dart I have the seat out and could shoot some pics.

Here's a pic of my '75 Duster, complete with crud from when I first pulled the seat.

They look like my 74 SE. There are no mounting points at all in the scamp?
I am kind of lost on the question I guess. Have a pic of the Scamp's rear seat location?

OK now I follow you looks like where that plate is welded on. Was that all rot? If it would help I could measure it on mine with some pics if they are the same, not sure.

Yes a measurement & pic would be great! I assume it was rot yes, it was already done when I bought it as you see in the photo.

Need the center ones also? Or just both sides. Prob do it tomorrow it is brutally cold here today.

I had a similar problem on the passenger side. I still had the studs, but backer plate was rotted away with the wheelhouse. Had to make new ones. Here's a pic from the archives...

Of course my camera took a dump. give me a place to take the measurements from.

From the passenger door skin, on either side, to center of bolt hole and from the floor up to the center of the hole, that sound about rite?

Yes there is a lot of it on mine also everywhere. I wonder if they take that into account for the GVW?
