Rear seat locking

I have a small question.
What is this bracket?
I just have a plate that stands out on my car.
So my back seat is not locked in place.
And where to look to find one?

There's also a plastic cover that hides that piece once it's installed. Just finished installing them on my 73 Sport.

Locking mechanisms for fold down rear seat in year and model of your car. Make sure you list all of what you need. I would want the lock mechanisms, the bolts and the covers.

Are the pieces on the seat itself there?

Yes on the seat is the metal arm that can be folded up and down.
