Can someone tell me if a 1970 4 door dart rear upper seat back is the same as a 1971 demon size wise?

No, 4-door seats and Duster/Demon seats are totally different...

They will fit but they are thinner and super wide...I put one from 72 dart 4 door deluxe interior rear seat in a 72 demon...bottom was like a couch and top was way thinner....was the lounge for the ladies
