Rear trim panel fasteners

I was having difficulty in finding the fasteners for the rear trim panel on my 68 dart. I used these fasteners and they worked great. I bought them through Fastenal. Of course they are not original but neither is a lot of other things on my car. They have 10-24 threads. Just thought I would share. Thanks.

I used self sticking body trim. I could have used black but I think red looks good with the tail lights.

I like it with the decal/vinyl like you did. I did the same thing to a GT in the 80's. I used paint . Candy Maroon over coarse aluminum. That is all we had back then. Bought the paint at a hobby shop. Vinyl would be much easier.

And here I thought I had the only red lined rear panel trim in the world. Your car looks good. I like the wheels.
