[SOLD] Rebuilt Flat tappet complete 360 in NJ $1200

I'll get more info....the this engine has been in my garage for a couple of years, it was just fogged and wrapped and needs a home. The project car it was built for is gone.

1972 (I think) 360 (I'll check the numbers and update the ad). There was ~ 500 miles on the bottom end when I bought just the short block. Main bearings were perfect. So I left it alone. Windage tray. new Summit 6901 cam kit installed with lifters. new cam bearings installed. new timing set with mopar chain tensioner. new Milodon A body 5 qt. oil pan. Edelbrock Performer RPM (temp install). Professionally rebuilt heads (J I think - small valve). Engine fogged and wrapped. comes with the balance of the gasket kit to complete it. Painted mopar red. Engine was built to perform a little better than stock (better cam and intake). No CCing or head porting was done. $1200.

Also available: 360 to neutral bal. TC SFI flexplate. new...but NOT in date. $50 will NOT sell before engine goes....

More info and pictures - I took off the wrapper.

Heads are fully rebuilt "596" heads. The smog ports have been plugged.
Intake is an Eddy Performer RPM. Installed LOOSE for transport.
Cam is Summit (Sum-6901) - Yes, new cam bearings.
I did NOT re-ring or install new bottom end bearings....they were fine upon inspection.
Windage tray is installed.
New Mellings oil pump.
New cam chain set with mopar tensioner.
Not sure what year the block is....its early than the heads.

Sold without red valve covers!!!!!!! I will give you a set of blue 318 70s covers if you want a set.

Flexplate is 360 to 904 for neutral weighted TC.

$1200. Located at 08852 in central NJ. Thanks

Casting date is cast on the right /oil filter side of the engine, 3 numbers, month.day.year. Hard to read but looks like it might be a 71 casting year.

.030 flat top. I never measure tops from the deck height.

I guess I could pallet and wrap it. Not sure of a shipper. The would have to have a pallet jack and tailgate to load it. I don't have a fork lift. If you want to find a shipping quote....pick would be at 08852 monmouth jct. nj. Mike
