A buddy is looking for a recommendation for a decently priced, but good performing satin or matte black paint for use on the chassis and under the car. He is going to try an Eastwood product but said there didn't appear to be many options. He has a couple good HVLP guns to apply it, and is a decent painter.

I don't know if they have it in quarts, but check at your John Deere dealer. They have 3 or 4 different black paints that are very good.
