Refresh: balance of LA 360 TBI "roller" block?

Are the 360 "roller block" TBI engines, pre magnum, for certain 360LA balance? ---As opposed to 5.9 magnum balance?

Yup. That's my understanding. They have a balancer with a big slot cut out, instead of the added weight on the front though, if I am not mistaken. Like this.
