Remove doors without unbolting hinges?

2. line up with a big tree
3. back up at full speed until door contacts tree
4. done. door removed without tools.

LOL. I bet it would just bend forward violently.

I do not see that happening. Even if you could, why would you want to??? You could remove the hinge bolts in less time. Plus, I rebuilt the hinges in my 69 Barracuda, and I don't see how that would be possible.

What parts did you buy to rebuild the hinges?

I just used a Dorman brand rebuild kit. It had new pins and bushings. You can go to Ebay and enter your car + door hinge repair kit OR a car parts store can order one for you. It was pretty easy.

Lotta parts stores have them hung on the wall/display in a bubble pack .
