removing epoxy primer

I didn't realize I had some overspray on a chrome bumper that was in my garage. What is the best way to remove the overspray

I think I would use thinner and a gray skuff pad ..

Solvent is best. I wouldn't use a scuff pad. You may scratch it. If it is a daily driver bumper, foamy glass cleaner and 0000 steel wool , used lightly.

lacquer thinner. on a towel. just let it sit on the over spray. check it periodically and wiper with a clean cloth to remove as it softens it. then use clay bar to remove what if left. polish with a chrome polish.
