Removing upper controller arm

How do I remove the upper control arm from a body. So far,removed shock, relieved torsion bar.

Pop the upper ball joint loose (pickle fork and bfh) and then remove the upper control arm cam bolts (lots of penetrant and a few cuss words help)..

X2, when you remove the camber bolts it makes it easier to get something you can put behind the arm to pry it out as well.

The BFH DID THE TRICK with help of big fre@king screw driver . My pickle didn't have enough girth . Lol Thanks for the quick replies .
