Replaced turn signal Switch, now flashers are crazy

The brake lights quit working on the 70 Duster, so i did some test lighting and found the power was going in, but not coming out of the switch. So i replaced it.

I got one from Classic Industries. The brake lights work, but now the flashers wont turn off. I finally just took the flasher out.

Did i just get a switch with a bad flasher circuit?

4 way flasher switch on? Otherwise, sounds like bad switch

Either a bad switch or he wired it wrong.
