I need to replace the top on my Valiant, it is dry rotted and the rear window is shot.
Anyone have any suggestions on whom to buy from?
Any good/poor experience with any of the vendors?
How much should it cost?
And NO I do not want to install it myself, I'll probably try to find someone that knows what they are doing.
Thanks,
Rich

I think I paid around $750 for mine with installation and he custom reproduced the well liner because at the time, no one reproduced it. I cant remember the brand top. I did lose my rear window after about 7 years after install. 3 of those years were the vegas sun shrinking it and making it brittle.

John's Auto Upholstery in Longmont, CO did the work for me. If I still lived there, You'd bet thats who would be installing the rest of the interior when I get to it!!

Oh, if there are other incidental costs like sheet-metal work, top-frame welding, and other unforseen's, the cost can quickly start to go up. I think that amount included $85 for the aluminum knuckle to be welded, and I re-did the sheet metal on the front bow myself.
