NOOO. Not for the RPM you say you want to spin this build. If you can make the power you want by 6000rpm you might get away with a hyd roller,otherwise a solid is going to be your best reliable choice.
 
My 408 which is fairly mild in comparison with the pro charger made 667 at 5400 w/ 580 ft/lbs. forced induction is the way to go especially for a silver state race. My buddy runs a pantera there and basically runs a torque monster truck motor and with his gearing runs in the 160 mph class without rapping that motor through the roof. All depends a lot on gearing
