I have a Rheem package heat pump model RQNJ-A036JK-000. The unit is three years old and was kept covered by an awning when in service. Right now its sitting in my friends garage and has now been out of service for about a month. This would be a really nice unit to supply hot and cold to a detached garage or something that could use a unit this size. The unit is rated at three ton and is just too big for me to use in my two car garage. It has two 14" ducts, one for intake and one for exhaust. The coil looks spotless and uses 1x24x24 filters. There are two 208v circuits and wiring harness complete with both breaker boxes and a thermostat cable. This would also be ideal for a mobile home, which is what this came out of originally. There are two slots on the bottom for lifting with a pallet jack or fork, the weight is just over 350 lbs. I'll try to attach the manufactures pdf. Its energy rating is SEER 13.
