Yeah, I can't believe I forgot about that one! Awesome movie! The remake was so-so, but the original can't be beat!

I hated the remake. All these newer generation actors have lost something. You get a sense of "all about me" in their acting instead portraying an honest character.

By some coincidence I bought a used copy of Flight of the Phoenix a few weeks ago and watched it with my Dad this week. Great film... George Kennedy was in it too.
