How much weight saving can I get if I switch to this suspension? Any one using it for drag racing?

I run the RMS tubular UCA,s and heimed struts with QA-1 12 way adj. shocks. This setup is abit lighter and helped with weight transfer for better 60ft times. The weight savings isn,t very much,it,s more about free moving parts(heimed)instead of rubber bushings.JMO.

Assuming your talking about the AlterK (front)? It depends on what you currently have, ie manual steering, brakes and what options you want with the new front. It's usually 75-95 lbs with the switch from what I have read.

I'm still in the mood to build some aluminum versions of mine.....for the drag racing guys/gals.

just need some takers

Check the Hot Rod article where they lightened up the duster. It says in there.

Factory k-frame, manual steering aint all the heavy. Can not imagine it saving 100 pounds....
