Been following him, and PF, for most of my life. Never caught a PF show, but I've seen Roger Waters 7 times.

Regardless, are you asking about his music, his personality, his politics....?

Or perhaps more clearly: The man, or the music?

I never cared for Ozzy and his music either

Well, he (Roger) is entitled to his own opinion, of course, but his sense of timing is absolutely ****, and I have to admit I chuckled when Jack Osbourne called him out on it.

There's no doubt that Roger has "issues" (lack of empathy, for example), possibly due to his troubled past, but I've tended to cut him some slack, as that's where a lot of his "art" has come from.

Like his music, but I wouldn't go out of my way to share a beer with him.

I have a number of PF books at home (both biographies and autobiographies), and in my opinion, Roger was (past tense) a brilliant artist who was the "spark" behind a lot of the PF music after Syd left. But it appears he's gotten "too big for his britches" (or as a friend of mine likes to say, "he's all hat and no cattle"), and the more he (Roger) runs his mouth, the more irrelevant he becomes.

And due to his fascination with insanity and mental instability, I can't help but wonder if he's a victim of his own inner demons.

I have some "picture discs" that I framed and hung-upon the wall years ago (DSOTM, Animals, WYWH, and The Wall), and I've been thinking of changing them out as I read more and more of Roger's comments.

Look at Waters work since leaving PF, pretty much trash for example Radio KAOS. Rodger was only good at writing lyric's; Gilmore can wipe the floor with Waters even with a base.
