If starting with a bare roller camshaft 360 block, 1989 casting (4315830), can Magnum parts be used for the roller camshaft, including the cam itself?

Spider, tappets, etc. Are they all Magnum interchangeable?

the magnum camshaft must be drilled for oiling on journal #2 and #4 to feed the LA heads oil...the magnum cams usually do not have snout for fuel pump eccentric...but a bolt extention can be bought from hughes engines..

hydraulic roller lifters will work...

Do the aftermarket Magnum camshafts already have these oiling provisions?

Ask for it to be drilled into the cam, AKA, order the cam for a "LA" engine
