Is it possiblee to get a new headliner for a 74 Duster ?
Looks like it made of thick paper.

Is it possible to fasten bows from an 70-71 Duster and use a 70-71 headliner ?

I don't know about the '70-'71 question, but new plastic headliners are available to replace the existing cardboard type you now have. If you haven't removed it yet, be sure you are wearing a dust mask when you pull it down. There is usually a bunch of dried powder type crap between the headliner and the roof.

I just bought a new headliner for my 67 Dart. I paid a $131.00, matches original. You can look around and probably get one cheaper but not sure you would be happy.
