Running lines through holes in “frame”

Just bought a new inline tube 5/16” stainless fuel line and 1/4 vent from the tank to the charcoal canister.

How in the world do you run through the holes in the car making that tight turn?
 
The right turns don't actually go through the frame, they are on the outside. You run the straight section through the frame holes and the rest is held on by clips on the outside of the frame...
 
As for how to get bent lines through any frame hole.

You need room under the car. Feed a section in, turn the line around in verious rotations and angles, put it in a few inches more, rotate as needed, rince repeat
 
I’m pretty sure these are the stock factory lines I pulled out (74 duster).
They ran under the car, made a left turn through a hole then a really sharp right through another hole then straight. I thought it was a no no to not go in a hole just in case it got hit etc
