Unfortunately this is probably right from everything I've read about them. Their terrible to get a claim out.
Mikel I sure hope you were there to show the driver when he delivered them how the packages were damaged or at least took pics of the damaged boxes before you opened them. If not they'll probably say they didn't do it and you did it unboxing them.
Hope it all works out. It's time you get a break.

In the last 2 pictures you can see that the valve seats are alright and the thin grey ring is the valve seat and both the intake and the exhaust are not damaged and both are below the nicks in the chambers. So I think that a surafce and you'll be fine. The other damage in the chamber shouldn't effect anything.
