I did learn from history channel that the famous photo/film that we're all familiar with was taken by a movie production company... wait for it.....making a movie about bigfoot!!!

How come that took so long to become public?
 
I work for an inter-galctic space agency. As I am permanantly stationed on your planet I have been forced to take on my current lifeform . Let me assure you that all is well with your world, and that small periods of time do occur where you will enter a different dimension. Fear not. And yes there are better worlds, one in the far north heavens is kind of nice, but there are also far worse. For instance, nearby Venus really sucks. But let's not go there.
