I'm sure most of us would like to think we're "smarter than this," but after the widespread URM grocery chain hack, and the ongoing Target credit card mess, it's apparent that the scammers are smarter than some of us.

I always to try to scope out a seller as much as possible but in the end I never send any more money than I am prepared to loose because you just never know.
