My Brother in law just picked up this 55 Coronet cheap out of the garage at old lady's house.
It has a V8 and 27,000 original miles, and is complete original stock.
Runs and drives.

He has been a Mopar fan most of his life.

That's cool, good for him. I had no idea the Coronet line went back that far.
 
Very nice looking car..... would be a blast to drive to the DQ and back...
 
Only 457 miles a year, the grocery store must have been close!! Dream find!!!

Probably a 270 poly. You know, when I see these cars, I always wonder why in the hell the Chevy tri five cars got so popular. They are FUGLY compared to the Chrysler products of the same era.

The old rams head ornament from the 30's through 50's looks likes it's ready to pound it's head into something and do battle:prayer:
the one from the 80's looks like it's standing up to take a leak.

I don't know exactly as he didn't say, but from the way he talked I would guess in the 1500-2000 range.

Out of the two I like the old style also.

It was one of his female friends Great grandmother's car.
They have been friends for 30 years or so, and apparently she is moving to another state and couldn't take it with her.

Dang that's a great way to get em.
