Seat back release button assembly

Wondering if the button and internals are the same on a 71 Demon as for a 70-71 Cuda/Challenger. Someone has Cuda seat backs for sale locally so I am thinking of picking them up if the mechanism is the same. What I have now is just cobbled together. I have a passenger side seat back cover on the driver side without button or any internal mechanism. The passenger seat has the button and spring in tact but no hook. I plan on getting new seat foam over the winter so I'd like to get this as it should be as well.

I think 70 71 have metal hinge covers, detached from plastic back.

1970 & early 1971 use the separate hinge covers with the long release button.

The type shown started in later '71 models.
