Just wondering where the seat rail mounting pads go? When I removed the bench from my 72 Swinger, there wasn't anything like this on the mounting studs.
Here's a pic.

They go between the seat track and the carpet, on the seat mounting studs. My Dart has these on the passenger bucket, but not on the drivers one....go figure....

I've never heard of those used under a bench seat but they could be used anywhere. I currently have them installed at the 4 rear studs of 67 buckets. Seats sit up straighter.

I have never seen them on an A or E-body, but I have heard that they were used with 1970 B-body bucket seats for some reason?

True or not? No clue, so treat it as a rumor but the 1970 B-body seat studs are longer than the A & E tracks I have seen.

i have seen them on all models and was told they were at different times wood, plastic and aluminum, but i have not seen aluminum?
..tall guys usually turf them!
