Seatbelts?

Has anyone installed retractable seatbelts in their A-body? I was looking online and the Mustang belts can be found for $20 each retractable and has chrome buckles. I know that add on retractors are cheap, but I need new belts as well. What have yall used?

I have seen a number of the early A's with the mopar add-on retractable.

For belts, there are companies that can take your original buckles and make up a new set.

For my rear seat belts, which were non-existent and not required to even be there, I put in a set out of an early 70's Monaco. When I find an additional set of the '65 GT Buckles, I'll be having a set of 5 belts made from new material. Some Upholsterers will make them for you. I think there are a few online services also.

i have some factory retractable belts removed from the 66 dart i am parting. PM me if your interested.

I have taken some belts out of a old motor home , they don't look period correct though.

What do factory GT belts look like? Mine has some cheesy aftermarket ones I will be wanting to replace.
