Security panel painted side in trunk for early barracuda’s

What type of paint did they use I’m putting the carpet into the back of my barracuda and this is one of the open items. Spray or rolled? What color black?

I believe i used a semi gloss black. I need to keep better notes lol

Here's ours I redid last year. Hope that helps. Definitely a satin/semi gloss. I'm using a bright led flashlight

For the back of the wood, I used flat black with a roller to get some texture. Metal trim would be semi-gloss.

I didn’t like how the semi gloss turned out so I had to change it to flat

my duster with the fold down rear seat originally had a crinkle finish paint on the trunk side, when I remade it back in the 90's because I had foolishly cut holes in the original for speakers (hey I was 16) that's what I used. I had to re-remake it last year because it had to be sacraficed to get into the trunk because my trunk lock cylinder broke, I used spray on bed liner (herculiner, bought at menards) and am very, very pleased with the results in appearance and durability.
