Selling/Delivering a car from the U.S to Canada

I am letting my brother take this car in because he drives for an international trucking company and routinely crosses the U.S./Canadian border, and has the enhanced license. I haven't been accross the border in years, since B.C (before children) when me and the missus went to Toronto to see the Phantom of the Opera. Also, it is not a drop at the border transaction, the buyer doesn't have a trailer so we are delivering it to his house, about an hour inside the border. He is paying extra for the delivery, and is meeting my bro at the border to do his end of the paperwork.
I don't think we need a broker, this car is selling for $1000.00, and there should be no dispute as to it's value. Heck, if it's a girl at the customs office, she'll probably declare it to be JUNK!!! I got it on first hand info from the wife that according to the F.E.S (female evaluation system) that is the current value of this car!!!LOL!!! Thanks for the help everybody!! Geof

'bout $550 at the border, and 'bout $550 at ServiceOntario. I don't know how I'd go about recovering it.
