Over the past several weeks, someone posted multiple rude, caustic, hateful posts against members' cars, and the way we like to build them. I posted a few replies that were worded as nicely as possible saying that not everybody agreed with his ideas on how to restore or fix up our cars and that he should accept that. He continued with the caustic posts.
What I want to say is THANK YOU to our moderators. All of the posts from this person disappeared, and I think our Forum is better and nicer. I don't want to know anything at all about what happened, and I will not mention names, I just want to say thanks to our moderators for keeping an eye on things and working hard to make our forum as nice as possible.

Even if we ever have a member that ghettos their car slam out, I would never piss on it. That is as FAR away from what I would ever do to one, but it's somebody's DREAM. It's just wrong to piss on someone's dream. None of us does things quite the same. Even if it's not your style, the car is still gettin love and not in the scrap yard. That's a good thing.

I stopped by that thread a few times but it must have been at the wrong times. It looks like the thread has settled down and if everyone is smart and doesn't comment any more it will be buried on page 5 soon.
