Man that is one bad *** looking engine. Bet that fish can swim!!!

It's pretty common actually.

I always wonder how bad it would suck if you developed a coolant leak there especially behind the motor plate.

Momopar, Your little fishie might ride low but I'm sure it don't attract the bottom feeders....that thing is very sleek.

An old drag race car for sale in central Wisconsin, believe it is still for sale...

HaHa!! I read 9 pages thinking you would have posted the pics you took of my car, they are better than any I have!! I had to save them from the other thread to put them here!! Hope to see you and your Fish out and about also! Mine has been washed and flogged on already(in March...how cool is that?) :burnout::D

Nice silverfish RangerRick. Love the steering wheel - Who made it?

Also like those wheels, what brand are they?

Thanks for posting your pictures, if you have more let us see them!

Ma Snart

They look like Western Wheel Mini Lite clones....

Had a set on my '69 Fastback.

A few more pics, the steering wheel is a grant......The wheels are mini-lite style, very light, used in the trans-am racing days......very very rare.

As far as I know, there was only one 2nd gen Barracuda Fastback that was in the Trans-Am series. In 1970 Gerald Robinson drove one as a privateer. He didn't do very well.....I have some pics on my other computer....the one with the fried motherboard. Should be up in a day or three. I'll dig 'em up and post 'em.

The Minilite wheel was commonly used on 'Cuda's, Challengers, Camaro's, Mustangs and just about every other car in the T/A series. Torq-Thrusts were also pretty popular.

*edit* click on my picturetrail link below my sig and there's a pic of my old Dart with Western Minilites and several of that Trans Am Barracuda. Towards the bottom of the Misc vehicles album.

She will be waiting for us to finish our 75 duster, but she is a mighty fine one owner well documented little fish. She was named Lullabell by her 86 year old previously owner. I am thinking we may need to change her name after the leaning tower of power is removed.. But who knows..
