We didn't get it as bad as they predicted for us.
A cold front moved in and held most of the snow south of us we got a couple of inches.

The communities on the south shore of Lake Superior got nailed pretty good .
We got the winds and cold temp was about +5 deg. F. with the winds felt like a -15. Supposed to be like that the rest of the week.
If the wind had come from the south we would have gotten nailed too, because of the moisture from the lake and the cold air.

I envy you all who work inside in the winter and of course the ones that live in
warmer climates. But I would definitely miss the big lake if I moved.

No snow yet here(it's coming) but it was 7 degrees this morning.

Believe me, if you are form the north and think you miss snow, you don't. If you've never seen it, count your blessings. I HATE winter.

Oh I know.

I don't care if it's 102 degress every day, I will take it over snow any day.

Well, for me there is such a thing as "too hot". But it doesn't begin until nearly 102. Like you, my body is a lot happier with the heat than the cold.
