Don't know any years that used that, but it is not a performance part.

thanks for response rumble, but you might change your mind if you knew the air this baby moves!8)

This was laying in back of donor car I got my 340 out of, It looks old, I`m thinking late 60`s or early 70`s? if you look closely on left blade there is a pentastar. gota be a MO piece. I hooked a battery to test, and that baby nearly torked out of my hand, dude this thing blows:-D In a good way8)

That's no fan-- I think it's from way back when Chrysler got into the lawnmower business...:snakeman:

You still got all ten fingers?

So, I guess that means you can count to 11 still. >G<

The performance fan is the viscous with it's fluid clutch that will disengauge when cool enough and hook up when hot. The 5 blade off set is weird to look at and tops many electric fans CFM's in the air movement department.

So long as the engine stays cool, your good and thats the bottom line now isn't it. Until you can no longer keep the engine cool, don't worry, but I told you where to go if theres a problem..................viscous fan.

You talkin to me? I have the good fan setup, don`t plan on changing it, I`m just mearly trying to figure what this fan come out of. no problem here pal:wack:

Yep. Count to 11.... a joke

You have "The good fan set up?" OK, sorry I couldn't help in where it came from. I don't ever remember seeing one like that myself. Why the "Wacked?"

That's a fan for a Mid-80's to Early 90's car with a 2.2 or 2.5L engine. My friend had one of these in his 1988 Dakota 4cyl. Not great!

Sorry the joke went over my head, don`t get it? I mistaken your joke as sarcasam. forgive the wack. Thanks Goldduster. It seems to blow better than the off the shelf, high tech, auxiliary fans in parts stores?
