Thorley ans TTi are 2 that come to mind, they aren't cheap, though they do fit your requirements, maybe some one has a set used, but I would expect them to still cost $
 
Expect to pay upwards of $80 for shipping due to the size and 2 boxes. If you can find them local that would save!
